Mary Jane wilson hogg was born on 1 April 1903 in Coolnaman, Desertoghill, Londonderry, Northern Ireland, her father, James Hogg , was 40, and her mother, Agnes Roxbrough , was 39. She married Alexander Jamison Tomlinson on 13 November 1923 in Colraines Register Office, .

They had four children during their marriage i believe  they were  born in  Cahney/garvagh  my Nan was as thats whats on her birth cert, born on 2 July 1924 but dont know if she was first born

She died in December 1988 in Oswestry, Shropshire, at the age of 85. but believed she moved to England in the 1960s/70s as I remember seeing her as a kid

A Charles Vagg Hodder, Broadmayne, Dorchester, farmer and butcher is listed under Bankruptcy receiving orders (Huddersfield Chronicle, 6 Feb 1889). Should appear in the London Gazette but cannot locate it.

Two later newspaper reports have him in Court for failing to comply with the conditions of the bankruptcy.
His fathers WW1 service record is on Ancestry if you have a subscription

www.rootschat.com/links/01s8w/

There is a tree on Ancestry showing Victor served in the 61st Infantry Division in Ireland

thanks Carole, that will be me, Alas my subscription expired for now, i forgot about details not being released by MOD as yet  thanks for all thoses who have posted a response
