Cheshire Lookup Requests / Help needed Please for 1952 Birth at 26 Poplar Grove Stockport Cheshire

I see this an old post but I was born at 26 Poplar Grove, Stockport in 1952. Was looking on google to try and find a street view of the house. But it appears to be a Police Stn now?
Would anyone here know if # 26 was an actual house or was it the Hospital address of birth?
