Hi Guys

Yet again I need your assistance please. For some reason this part of my family is proving difficult to find the necessary information.

This time I’m looking for the birth/ baptism record of Mary Loveridge. It appears that Mary was born in 1754 in Northamtonshire. The name of her parents would also be a great help.

From information previously provided it appears that Mary was married to Edward Bannister in 1776 in Thenford, Northamptonshire.

I wonder if you can help me once again please?

I’m looking for the record of the Marriage of Edward Bannister and Mary Loveridgr.  My research shows that Mary Loveridge was married in 1776 in Thenford, Northamptonshire.  The research indicates that there is an entry in the Parish Church Register (in Mary Loveridge’s name) but try as I may I cannot find thee Thenhford  Parish Register. So my query is two fold

a)   Is the entry correct?

b)   If so how do I get a copy of the record?

Good Morning Guys

Distilling the above information a bit further gives the following information

-   Jeremiah’s first wife (Letitia) was buried  13th July 1803

-   Jeremiah and Mary’s first born (Martha) was baptised 2nd November 1806 (Newbottle, Northants)

It would appear then that the marriage to Mary took place between these dates (1803-1806). Assuming the they were married before Martha was born, say one year this puts the marriage about 1805 or there abouts, so quite a small window. I assumed the marriage took place in Newbottle but still cannot find any record of this. So still a mystery.

Thanks for all the info which I hope to be able to use later
A questioned was asked ‘How do I know that Jeremiah’s wife was ‘Mary Robinson’ I gained this information from other researchers. However while this was mentioned in their research I could not find any substantiating records.

I concentrated on Jeremiahs records and could only find a record for his first Letitia Alsbark  surname various spellings in 1801. Research from other indicates that Letitia passed in 1803 but not records could be found to confirm that either.

I have searches as much as I can on Jeremia Makham but locating the necessary record for conformation just cannot seem to be located.

A bit more clarification as far as I can find
Jeremiah Markham
- DOB born 1778
- Place Whirtlebury, Northants
- Parents - Hannah Marriott and John Markham
- Marriages - Laetitia Alsbark - 1801 (various surname spellings) Deddington, Oxfordshire
and Possible marriage to Mary Robinson  suggested to be 1805 no records seem to be available

Mary Robinson (the subject of this post and search for information)
-DOB born 1776
-Place Stoke, Northants
-Parents – Alice and William Robinson
-Marriage – To Jeremiah Markham suggested date1805 .
So I’m still trying to track down a record of Mary’s marriage to Jeremiah.
