I have looked at image again. It is just a list of brides and grooms with dates under the heading of Govan.

There must have been dozens of churches in Govan parish at the time.

Maybe checking with Scotlandspeople is best as you say Rosie.

I found my ancestors marriage in 1840 on Scotlandspeople which is great. The reference is (Old Parish Registers Marriages 646/ 30 226 Govan)

But which actual church in the parish did the wedding take place? How can I go about finding out?

John Brown died aged 78 in 1880 at Grasshill Row, Glenbuck, Muirkirk parish. Does anyone know where he is likely to be buried by the family?
