Somerset Completed Lookup Requests / Re: 1841 Census Please - Job ROSSITER

Hi CoCoC

I understand that George was born in North Bradley and married Jemima Millett (youngest daughter of Stephen Millett, butcher, and Henrietta Usher).

Job married Christianna (?) Paradise in 1819 in Frome. The family seem to have settled in Rode. Job was born in 1795 and died in 1875.

Previous research, from memory, links them to Evercreech.

Hope this helps.

Hi Brantor Boy and rcuser

Sorry, I misread my tree, I do have Joseph baptised in 1800, the same year that Sarah died.

I understand that there were many marriages between Rossiters and Millets. I am unsure as to whether any of these were relatives marrying.

Hi rcuser

Many thanks for iyour email.

For your information, my Job Rossiter's parents were William Rossiter and Satah Millet, he was the youngest, in Laverton.

Hi rcuser

I have come across your post today and I am descended from Job's son George. Are you related to Job. Unfortunately, I do not have any information about a William.
