Wow!
I knew Bridget's son. He was Brother Johnny Walsh, a missionary priest who spent most of his life in India (Calcutta I think). I first came across him when he gave an oration at my grandmother's funeral (Catherine Power as you said). Moved by his speech I subsequently arranged to meet him in London and took his full life story down on paper.

Amazing to make that connection after all this time.

Hi Heather

I'm intrigued. Can you explain the connection?

Richard

Hi

Thanks.

5 year old Joseph was my grandfather. I knew him well. He fathered 17 children and although 2 died in childhood I knew all the others. I have known that first document for many years but have never seen the death record for my great grandfather before. Thank you for that.

Enjoy the day.

Regards

Richard

Hi Heather

I live in Surrey UK and John Killoughery and Mary Blake were my Great Grandparents. There are still Killoughery family members in Ballyea and there are quite a few of us in and around London. Just wanted to say good luck with your search.

I think I may have spoken to some of your family members back in the 1990s when Michael Killory from Florida came over on a family history research trip (?)..........
