Hi, just came across this post - it may not now be relevant but Nethersole House in Dover Street Canterbury was named about 12 years ago by my brother who lived there.  It was in homage to our mother whose maiden name was Nethersole and who had recently died.  It has no relevance to the Nethersole House in Womenswold nor any building(s) in Charing.
