Lincolnshire Lookup Requests / BOURN Parish Register - Smith

I am looking for a baptism of a William Smith (poss James William Smith) in Bourn ca 1865. The 1871 census has him shown as Grandson of James & Mary Smith - 1851 and 1861 census show them as having only daughters, Eleanor, Mary Ann, Betsy & Emma - William's marriage certificate gives his father as James. I suspect he could possibly be an illegitimate son of one of James' daughters and brought up by James, his grandfather, gave his name as father when he married?

Would appreciate any Smith's in Bourne around 1865.

Hampshire & IOW Lookup Requests / LISS Parish Registers

Looking for mention of LINEY or TARRANT in Liss - Joseph LINEY/TARRANT born Liss ca 1875.
The family appear in the 1871 census as LINEY but reappear as TARRANT in Lancashire in 1891!
Family were Samuel & Hannah - Hannah 38 in 1871 born Liss however when she died in Lancashire in 1891 she was shown as 60. Husband Samuel was shown as 40 in 1871 born Salisbury, Wiltshire. In 1871 their children are Alexander 8, Thomas Harry 6 and Alice 1 all shown as born London.

Any help would be gratefully received

I wonder if someone could look for a family of Shellard's for me in Oldbury in 1841.

Joseph Shellard b ca 1812 poss Banbury/Northants
Mary? Shellard b ca 1818 - not sure where?
Edward W Shellard b ca 1837 Birmingham
Samuel Shellard b ca June 1840 Oldbury

Joseph was probably a Boat Builder.

Also a Samuel Shellard born ca 1822 Northampton - he married in Stoke Priors in 1845 and had children in Oldbury from 1851 at least. We think he may poss be Joseph Shellard's brother as he is also a Boat Builder and if we can perhaps find him in 1841 we might get some more clues. Ta!!

There is a Thomas Holmes age 43 born Thwing with a 5 year old son George age 5 born Hull. However, he is with wife Elizabeth H, 37 and children Thos H, 10, Charles 9, Ann Eliz 8 and Robert 2.

This is the closest - can only see one Thomas Holmes born ca 1868 Hull - actually born Sutton, Hull and living Sutton with father James, 63 and siblings Ellen 28, Arthur 24, Alice M 22, Rose A 18. Thomas is shown as single
