I have just joined site and seen your posts. Kate Waters is my step great aunt , my grandad was Frank Kingston, and Kate's mother (also Kate nee Hazard) was his step mother she married my great grandad Richard Kingston.
I have been researching the Kingston family for 30+ years , grandad use to see Herbert Waters and Margaret but he was the only one of his step siblings he kept in touch with , my mum (now in her 80s) remembers visiting their tiny house in Walcott Street, Hessle Road. I have a photo of Kate Waters and Richard Kingston I believe on their wedding day
