« on: Saturday 31 December 22 11:50 GMT (UK) »Click on help at top of home page and then Support Centre. Press Chat with us, offers a few questions but just scroll down and it gives options for chat/phone! Bit of a wait to get advisor but worth it.
Ah ok. Thought it was just one of those annoying chat bots that sent you round and round in circles.

Sorry to ask but where is the chat facility or phone number? Can't seem to find it on the ancestry site. Want to see if I can get 50% off worldwide as I received the UK offer earlier.
