findagrave says he is buried St. John the Evangelist R.C. Cemetery but he is not listed in their records nor on the headstone where his wife Catherine Tone b. 1803 d. 1885 is found. I can't find him in any census in Ont.

Now I need to decide which Rebecca Green did he marry. There are two likely candidates one b. 1806 the other b. 1809. In all censuses she said she was born Probus. I think her mother was likely named Elizabeth (or Charlotte or Mary). Rebecca Hallat(t) died in Penzance. Her husband was a tailor and a grocer in the censuses.

Firstly she was married to Edward Bull and had one daughter Maria Bull. Then Virginia emigrated from Eng. to Toronto married Mr. Beaumont c. 1860 . I cannot seem to find her anywhere in Tor. I thought his name was James but I have seen a marriage for James Beaumont with Maria King. Was he a bigamist ? The daughter when she marries lists Maria as her mother
