the 2 Rowland stepsons emigrated to the US. Ivor William married in Guernsey, Ohio in 1896 and Ann Morgan was living with the couple in 1900

possible for Elizabeth in 1841 - ages were rounded down to nearest 5
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M7W7-SF1?lang=en
The 1841 census is the earliest to be of any use. Earlier ones were head counts and many do not survive.
The marriage in 1847 was in Llansamlet, not Llantrisant.
https://www.genuki.org.uk/big/wal/GLA/Llansamlet
There is a burial 4 May 1880 for Elizabeth Morgan 56 of Tonna, but Tonna is the other side of Neath from Briton Ferry so unlikely
https://www.genuki.org.uk/big/wal/GLA/LlantwitJuxtaNeath/Tonna
Possible death reg for William if he was the one from that 1891 census
William Morgan 64 sept qtr 1891 Bridgend vol 11a pg 377

One of the other posts mentions the baptism for Griffith, the brother of George. It was a non-conformist baptism - Capel y Cwm Calvinistic Methodist Chapel at Cadoxton juxta Neath. Not all non-conformist registers survive, and even less are online. You are lucky that Griffith's baptism was on the first page of a register that was surrendered to the GRO in the 1830s. Luckier still that Ann's maiden name is mentioned. The first page of the register states that it had been in the custody of two of the elders of the chapel and some non-conformist registers moved with the minister so you can understand how they could go astray.
Is this the last census you have for William? Tin Works Row, Llanharan
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2W9-678G?lang=en
Father George died 24 Nov 1882. Adminstration of his estate was granted to Griffith Morgan & Mary Hughes, wife of William Hughes, two of the next of kin.
I wonder about this William in 1891. Also in Tin Works Row, right sort of occupation, place of birth given the same as that of his new wife.

I think I spotted thatJames Payne was a japanner on an earlier census, so that might have given inspiration to the occupation.

It does, but there doesn't seem to be an Agnes Payne with father Charles, a japanner. Not unusual to see a fictitious father rather than announcing the lack of one.

I think the 1907 marriage to Henry Albert Doggrell is likely
1911
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XWRS-Q3B?lang=en
another child Elsie A Doggrell registered march qtr 1914 Camberwell mmn Payne
By 1921 the family is still in Camberwell, Henry is now a 'medical silk oiler' like James & Henry Payne.
Elsie's marriage registered Lewisham sept qtr 1938 to Thomas P Haggerty.
Searching for Elsie A Haggerty in 1939 finds her in her parents' household, dob for Agnes is 10 May 1886, so correct date but wrong year.
Agnes died 16 Sept 1963 at the same address as 1939 register. Will & admin to Elsie Agnes Haggerty, married woman.
Death reg Agnes Doggrell 80 Lewisham vol 5d pg 22 - age matches 1883 birth.

She was of the parish of Llangollen at the time of her marriage. That does not mean that she was born there.
