I am researching Thomas Prout in the hope that it might help me to get further back than his father Nicholas. Thomas is the brother of Catherine who is my direct ancestor. I would love a copy of the photo please. Many thanks. Hilary.

Hi, just come upon this thread. I'm descended from Nicholas Prout and Mary Goodridge, via their daughter Catherine Prout. Has anyone else noticed that on the marriage entry for Nicholas and Mary, Mary is described as Mrs? And if so, has anyone figured out who her first husband was?
