Good afternoon Stanza,
I am also looking for information for Isabella. I am a descendent of George Simpson who was the youngest child of 4 from the marriage of Andrew Simpson and Isabella Gatt. George Simpson married Margaret Mowat 1861 and had 2 boys- George 1882 and James Simpson 1888, both born in Scotland. This family of 4 emigrated to Canada in 1891 and settled near Vancouver, British Columbia. I am a granddaughter of James. Did you ever find the 'right' Isabelle Gatt's birthdate. I would love to visit the cemeteries abound Tophead Farm near Rathen to see my ancestor's headstones and the countryside that they chose to leave. my email is (*)
