Jim  -  would like what I have on the family mid-1800's to 1960 ?  If so how do we achieve this without me posting my address on an open chat post -  Very new to this forum!

Joseph was my Grandfathers brother.  He enlist for 1st WW with South Lancashire Regiment aged 38, he suffered mortal wounds at the Pashandale salient in 1917, was evacuated and died from his wounds. Buried Anfield Cemetery. His brother, my Grandfather was a Sgt with Liverpool Irish, he was 15 miles away fighting in 3rd battle of Ypres- survived the war and died in Middlesbrough in 1956.

This is my Family, Joseph came to Liverpool, presumably because the farm wouldn't support all the family. he was my Great Grandfather, his Grandson was also called Mathew (my father) . Both my father and grandfather were professional soldiers and served in Boer War , 1st WW & 2nd WW. Grandfather moved from Liverpool to the North-East. I am one of 10 brothers and sisters.
