Occupation Interests / Priests and training for Ministry

Can anyone help me, I am trying to find out about where people of the 1880's would have gone to train as a priest.

Also looking to find lists of when priests were ordained, firstly at St Paul's Cathedral for 1882/3 - name of Arthur Herbert Mellish.

Also lists of Bishops and ministers of the church for 1800's - name of Mellish

Any idea where I can get the birth certificates for Edward born 1835,  I found his details on the IGS (familysearch.og), but don't know where Ican get a copy of the baptisim or birth certs.  Am I right in thinking the GRO only has records from 1837 onwards?

Looking for a passenger list or information to say when Edward Mellish went to Australia.  Know he was there in 1855 as he married Ellen Burrows (Irish) in Geelong, Victoria at this time.

Then went to Mauritius about 1860, would like to find details of this trip if possible.

Also went to Hong Kong in 1870's would like to find passenger lists for these trips.

Looking for Edward Mellish 16 Dec 1834 Parents John & Elizabeth Mellish, also Thomas Mellish christened 1840 and Eliza Mellish Christened 1840 with same parent names of John & Elizabeth Mellish.

Looking to find original/copies of these entries to see if any more information given about John Mellish.
