I have just come across your messages re the Shubarts/Shooberts. 
I believe I have some DNA proof linking David Shubart and Gottlieb Shoobert, though I am not sure how to contact you off list.

My husband is descended from Gottlieb and his father has done an ancestry dna test recently. He matches a descendant of David Shubart. This person also matches a number of other Shoobert descendants.
