I am researching a TILLOTSON line (County Durham) A family anecdote links the Tillotsons to Archbishop John Robert TILLOTSON b1630 Sowerby, Halifax. I have traced my Tillotsons to Abraham TILLOTSON b1733 Halifax, son of Jonas TILLOTSON est b 1680 -1717. Can anyone link the families?

Hi,
Has anyone traced the history of Stan Laurel beyond his mother Margaret Metcalfe b 19/3/1884 Askrigg and his grandfather George Metcalfe , a shoe maker. Like many others I have Metcalfe ancestors from that area.

Hi,

Can anyone locate the 1851, 1861 and 1871 census household details for William CHISEM b abt 1846 Darlington.
Spelling may have changed as I can't locate him until 1881,1891, 1901, died 1915. married Hannah Blenkinsop 1872 Auckland
