sorry for taking so long to respond. I received the RootsChat alert for 7 Oct post but not for 11 Oct post.  Anyway, copy of my effort of the Stevens tree attached.  Let me know if you can fill in the gaps.  Regards, Daryl

I am researching a brief biography of John Whitehill Stevens for the local historical society. He was born in 1811 in Tellicherry, India, son of James Stevens and Louisa Whitehill. He was in Australia in the 1840s and early 1850s before moving to London. He died there in 1891.
I have constructed a tree of several generations for John and his siblings and would be happy to swap information.
