Yes, the books are kept in The Holy Rosary.
The next turning along from Thomas Street (my grandmother lived there) is Church Lane - St. John the Baptist, built by the Brodericks (Lord Midleton). I have never seen anyone in there and the only contact I can suggest is: http://www.cork.anglican.org/help/researchingfamilyhistory.html. If you use Google Earth you can see it quite clearly.
I can have a look at the headstones if you think that may be of interest and, although it's a bit early, I can try the Parish Census for you of 1842.
