Lancashire Lookup Requests / Birth look up Liverpool

Would somebody be able to look up the birth of a child in Liverpool or suggest how I can find it. I have the year of birth +/- one year and the mother's maiden name. I don't know the child's name and the father is marked as unknown.

the only Mary in 1970's is Mary Elizabeth Cannon died 20 Rockwell Rd, L12, aged 46. int 25/4/1977.

Hi,
Could anybody please look up Yew Tree Cemetery records for Mary Cannon and Donald Cannon. Mary was buried in the late 1970's or early 1980's. I don't know the grave number or any other details. I have been there and searched but I couldn't find a headstone. Thanks in advance.
