Look for him under Academy Street , then Flowerburn Cottage.

However, you can find him in the  1891 census in SP now by using his surname (Will) and/or  the ref 080/ 1/ 22

(no obvious sign of him on the 1885, 1895 or 1905 Rolls)

Valuation Rolls have different date sequence than censuses - eg . 1895, 1905,

Also it lists only those who pay 'rates' .

I then went to SP and looked through the surname listing ~

Ref on SP is 080/ 1/ 22

I think it's Flowerburn Cottage, Academy Street - maybe a  Will **

Add  ** his surname

If you know the street name, or if you are prepared to go through a few household listings, you could use the F M P address search  :-\

Is there a marriage record  available for Mary and Willam so that we can get a maiden surname for Mary?

It does look like GlamorganS  but would the enumerator* know where (say) Llanidloes  was ??  A good number of my ancestors were from Montgomeryshire, so I recognized it! Also,  I've not found her in the 1851.

* or the informant

I enlarged it to 300%, but it1s difficult to read.

Is it Llanidloes?

I was coming to the same conclusion - (but not Glam!)
