She was not living at the 1914 address - 24 Cambridge Terrace, Paddington - in the 1911 census. The place seems to have been a kind of lodging house.

Re the husband - yes you have the right guy. he was a Norwich architect and the brother of the more famous architect George Skipper - known as 'the Gaudi of Norwich'.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. At some point she also became an artist's model. However she doesn't appear in the 1911 census anywhere. But in 1914, giving an address in London, she marries a man twice her age who had only be widowed 3 months earlier. Somewhere there is a story about her to be unearthed.
Regards

Hi jackiej
I'm not sure if replying to a 7year old post is going to produce any results, but here goes:

I am a researcher at the Munnings Museum in Dedham Essex, the former home of the artist Sir Alfred Munnings. One of the pictures in our collection is a large portrait painted in 1909 entitled 'Cassie Jeweller'. We are fairly sure the young lady portrayed is CATHERINE DRUMMOND JULER. born 1885 in Norwich.  I have worked out her parentage, siblings, her marriage in London in 1914 and her death in 1980. I believe her ancestors were Hugenots.

Ouside of these bare bones I am looking for more in depth information as to exactly who she was and what she was doing before her marriage and if anyone has any photos of her at any point during her life.

Perhaps this is a longshot, but if you have something that might throw some light on her, I would grateful for any info you may have.

Best regards
