Hi
Just researching my late father's war record. James Arthur Saul 916215. I've got his service record which has his attestation on 8 May 1939, embodied 2 September 1939. 212 Battery, 64th Medium Regiment Royal Artillery. He became a POW in June 1942 and spent the rest of the war in camps in Italy and then Germany. I have many of the letters he sent to his parents (my grandparents), his medals and a few photographs. I remember dad telling me one of the photos was of his officer, something like Roncaroni? Any further information would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
John
