Hi,
I've been researching the TREAGUS family for a few years now and have a Guild of One-Name Studies website for that surname at http://treagus.one-name.net/index.html. I believe that the 1851 census entry you refer to is wrong and William's age should be 46. Hannah's could be read as 44. I've made the same connections as you.
