Hi my name is Paul Bennett My GG Grandfather was George Bennett 1860 in later life was a Marble Mason in Birmingham along with His son Alfred Bennett, His Wife Sarah Ann Bennett 1856 nee Sarah Holland from Pershore Worcestershire 1871 Sarah married Roland Betts had two sons John and Charles after Sarah Betts husband died She remarried George Bennett they had a number of Children one of which was my G Grandmother Alice Bennett 1885, She gave birth to My Grandfather Fredrick Bennett 1900 as Alice was not married George and Sarah took on there Grandchild in the 1901 census Fredrick was named as there son but really there grand son, I have not found any record yet to the Father of Fredrick Bennett 1900 but I have been led to believe He was from Indian, Fredrick went on to marry Fanny
Branston 1897 in Birmingham 1919 He served in the Royal Dorset's Reg in 1918
