Hi I wondered if anybody knew of any records, and where they are, of Fowey,Green Lane graveyard. I know my relatives are buried  there without gravestones. I have seen the map in the Museum  but it is very basic. I know my local council has records of grave positions an I wondered if any exist of Fowey. Thank you

Hi Charlotte Cudbertson is my great x 4 grandmother as well. I wondered if you found out anymore about her past. I  have not found out anymore info about the MacDonalds or the Cudbertsons. The furthest back I researched  definitely  wasJohn MacDonald born in Hull in 1791.Yours Julie Sutcliffe

Yorkshire (West Riding) Lookup Requests / Birstall burials
« on: Monday 25 February 19 19:42 GMT (UK)  »
Hi I was looking for any records that listed all the persons buried in one grave. I have a husband and wife both buried in Birstall graveyard and I wanted to see if they were buried in the same grave.Does anyone know if I can find this info  from somewhere ?

Cannot find a match in the census and he lived in Birstall  which is why I thought  the 1836 death could be him.So that would  also explain why  there is no census record.

Hi yes I hoped this might be him but I have looked to try and find him in prison  records but can only see the trial records.Nothing on Ancestry or Find my past but will keep looking .

Hi  my great great great great Grandfather was  John Sutcliffe  who went to prison in October  1835.I want to find out which prison he went to.His trial was in Leeds but there is a burial record in Birstall with the residency being Wakefield  in 1836.I'm wondering if  he could have died in  prison and his family bury him in Birstall  where his wife is buried and he was in Wakefield  prison at the time.Any suggestions on proving my theory ??

Hi thank you for  that.John is a cotton weaver for some children's  births and I did wonder  about the second Sutcliffe  marriage,  on the same day.I will look at the two births with William  as  the father.
