parents were James Watson, age 33,coal miner. 383 Glasgow road Wishaw, married Annie McQuade, age 27,domestic servant, Heathery Gate Glasgow road Wishaw, at the Burgh Registary Office 21 Campbell street Wishaw, on the 21st. May 1927, Parents of James Watson were James watson, coal miner,(deceased) and Elizabeth Watson nee Fleming, Parents of  Annie McQuade were Francis McQuade coal miner (deceased) and Margaret McQuade nee  Boyle, Fancis McQuaid married Maggie Boyle 1895,  Francis McQuaid died 1920, his widow Margaret McQuaid nee Boyle remarried  John O'Dwyer 1923 in Craigneuk Roman Catholic Chapel. In the 1911 census of Overtown the McQuade family were listed as living at 9 Stone Row Overtown Francis McQuaid age 36, stone worker, born Ireland, Maggie (Margaret) his wife age 32, born Overtown, Francis his son age 8, born Overtown, Jeannie daughter age 15 born Overtown, Annie daughter age 11, born Overtown,
Maggie daughter age 5 born Overtown, Bridget daughter age 3 born Overtown

Frank Watsons father.

Francis Watson,age 62,  steel worker, born 29th. November 1927 ,died October 29th. 1990,  Francis Watson was the husband of the late Catherine Hill , his parents were James Watson, general labourer (deceased)and Annie Watson nee McQuade (deceased)
