Not my intent

It is Margaret's husband William James that I am stuck on Iam  thinking his baptism might give me a clue about his father William

Hallmark, this is where I draw a blank. I have looked at civilrecords.irish genealogy and found 16 results.
Using parameters Wm Lemon- marriage-1840/1860 ,Dungannon does not show up.I am not up on my geography to make an informed choice.

I should have included all that I know.
William James Lemon born 1852 died 1891. I have looked in the census for related family info.
New at this research, I thought a Birth Certificate for Wm James 1852 would provide not just father but a mother's first name and perhaps a place.
thanks for the response which in itself is a tool to improve my ability to  communicate.

Once again I am returning to the Lemon Family of Dungannon Co Tyrone.
I have located with Rootschat help Wm. James  Lemon marriage to Marg Mcateer 1878 ,Drumglass Parish Dungannon.
From the marriage I note Father of Wm. James as William Lemon ,farmer. This is the individual i have no family info on. I have looked to PRONI to ask for Birth Certificate of Wm James but a mother's name is required. Any suggestions?
I have looked at Irish Geneology-William Lemon is a common name .
Family Search.org  presents the same issues
i have looked at  the parish records for the Drumglass on line. Difficult to read.

Any direction is welcome.
thanks  virsonlia

Hi AllanWD,
I am a new member to this wonderful platform.
Presently I am investigating Lemon and McAteers of Co Tyrone Ireland and I noticed your post. Specifically, I have discovered 2 Fulton's in my tree.
My paternal gr father***married in 1852 Dorothea Fulton, daughter of Hugh Fulton
Also discovered in same family a marriage in 1852 between Mary Jane McAteer and William Fulton, son of Hugh Fulton.
I have very little  information on Hugh Fulton and his family. If you are interested in sharing, please let me know
thanks  Virsonlia

I shall look into the book.
re: Dorothea  I am certain of a connection.    if I may...
My grandmother is a Dorothea, her mother a Mary Jane(her sister a Matilda Dorothea , her brother a William James)
Dorothea's grandmother Margaret McAteer Lemon. You have found missing pieces. I am sure they all fit just how
cheers

To think that strangers would assist to the degree you and your partners have I am grateful.Initially I was unsure of asking people for their time and expertise  in my personal research.   I shall continue on course more prepared than I  ever thought.

Thanks for the guidance Radcliff
