Hello, my name is Rebecca Carrick and I'm sure the man you are looking for was my father, Samuel Gillespie.  The death and burial details are my dads.  He came to Australia with my mum, Joan Tilt for a planned holiday for a year in the late 60's and stayed.  They married after having 4 children, David (now aged 49), Andrew (48), Samantha (47) and Rebecca (me) (46).  All we know is that dad had another family before ours and he had a son named Roger/Rodger and a daughter named Heather who had married before he came to Australia with mum and baby David.  Dad was born 8 November 1914.  Please please if you know dad's other kids and/or families, we would all love to be in contact.  He was an amazing father and family man who was very much loved and missed and I can only imagine how horrible it would have been for him to move to another country never to be seen again.  Rebecca Carrick
