Patrick Hannigan is my Grand Uncle - They turned up in the Hansard - the record of Westminster Parliament - http://hansard.millbanksystems.com/written_answers/1921/feb/23/arrests#S5CV0138P0_19210223_CWA_40
Michael is my GrandDad - they both married Boyle's from Rutland Island off the coast of Burtonport.
A third girl married a McGlinchey boy.
Most houses on Rutland are now owned by some class of Boyle, Hannigan or McGlinchey!
They are all holiday homes.

I am living in Cork with a family name - my eldest is Niall another Hannigan first name that goes back far in time - at least to the start of the 19th century.
Family Boys first names are Tim/Tadhg Niall/Neil Michael Frank Patrick
