RN and RAF records suggest both are the same man. Both show dob 8th October, other info on one or the other is Wife B Brown c/o National Discount Company and HRWB born in Holborn.

The 1921 Census has a Harry R W Brown born 1887 with a 4 year old son John (E on image)

This is him in 1911 with future wife Beatrice in the household

Do you have a time period, house number, or occupant? Newspapers have notices of sale of Bardy Lane houses. This is from 1851.

You can search on FindmyPast with a free account and buy individual records or newspaper pages. Prices 50p to £1.50 usually except 1921 census which costs more. Newspaper pages were 50p last time I used it.
