It would be the most obvious answer, to gain a marriage certificate.  I guess that I was just cheating, in case anybody was researching the same family.  George Robert is 100% correct, also Doreen and Kenneth, they were his siblings.

Doreen and June are my Aunts and still with us Kenneth was my uncle who unfortunately  is no longer with us.

These are my Grandparents who lived at Watnall Notts after living in Nottingham,  George Robert Palethorpe was my father
