no I haven't seen that. I'm just starting to look for my husbands family in Scotland. I have no idea of where to look or how to look. I just know I'd like to have it put together for him while he can appreciate it. He has early stage dimensia. He wants the info for his daughter and her grand kids.
I appreciate the help here.

The 2 youngest seem to have been born in NY.  By 1920 they are in the Middletown, Ohio Federal census. Now to find the children and who they married and where they went. Then on to find the family in Scotland before immigrating to America. I'm still hunting for my greatgrandfather in Scotland before he immigrated .

A relative  looking for them actually made information available that has lead here  and other places with her information posted as part of her hunt. I had to laugh; when they first came to America they were in Deposit, NY. I'm assuming the children listed on the census were born there. That was the last place the Scottish family knew where they were. We didn't know they had ever lived there as my husband's father grew up in Middletown, Ohio. The laugh was-my grandmother was born in Deposit, NY and had many family members still living there when this family would have lived there.  Our families of a century ago probably knew each other. We didn't meet until  2009 and married in 2010. In the 1910 census his father and family were still in Deposit, NY.

I'll have to look up those links but yes they are in the 1910 census but I've been told by a family member they had 7 living children but so many are with them in 1910. I also have been made aware that Catherine returned to Scotland to bring her mother to live with them. I've just begun the search for this family. They are my husbands grandparents and father, aunts and uncles. At 78 he's suddenly gotten interested and wants this information for his children and great grandchildren. Just hunting in the dark and have suddenly started find them. Thank you all so much. Any other links and information will be greatly appreciated.

He atlked about all these people but had no dates or real info except memories.
We're blessed that this site exists and someone was helping find the family here.
Thanks
