I cant find anything about Alan Knott, other than he existed.
My grandad was Sidney Knott, married Ada Atkinson, his dad was James( Jim) Knott, married Elizabeth possibly Nicholson? born 1875. Before that I have no idea of the family tree.

I had heard rumours Arthur was in Whitby but some others said no it was Robert.
