Hi Susan,
Definately not having much luck email to your address. Bounced back again after adding .co.uk

Thank you for contacting me though. I have looked back and amended the information that you have provided.
By my notes this information was listed on ---- Clamps ancestry.com public tree so my apologies for not checking. That information was of the two live males and the stillborn child. The rest was given to me by my father some years back and some collaboration with Gordon Brealey as well.

I would love what ever information that you would like to share.

Have we had contact before Susan as I am having a Blonde moment and can't remember?
Look forward to hearing from you again and let me know if I have amended correctly.

Kind Regards   (might be easier if you email me - (*)

Hi Susan,
Thankyou for the information and I have tried to email you back on the address supplied but it has bounced back twice. Should it be .co.uk or just .com

Thanks,  Karen

Glamorganshire Lookup Requests / Re: Burial Record

There wouldnt happen to be a Moses in that family?

Wedgewood, Moses

    * b. Aug 1772
          o Gateshead, Yorkshire, , England
    * d. Jul 1829
          o Burslem. Staffordshire, England

Moses's father John 1735 Burslem. His father Carlos b 1709 Burslem. There were a few men in this family and could be the same Wedgewood connections

Cheers Karen

Hi Readers,
My father born in Woodville knew Graham Nutt & Clyde Dissington and was amazed that when on a trip back to England with my mother, Graham proceded to tell my Dad about the impending move to the Sharpe's Pottery. Graham showed my Father all that had to  be moved and it was quite an amazing story that all of the papers if not moved would be lost.
Lucky we have people like Graham & Clyde that take much time and honour in there work to preseve such stuff so that we the people tracing our ancestors have a central place to visit and find interstesting facts out our family in years gone by.
When I returned from England back in February 2004 started to gather my family tree and Clyde was very helpful in starting me off.

So even as far as Australia can benefit from these two gentleman. I take my hat off to them.
PS my family still live in Gresley, Newhall, Nottingham and Blackfordby.
Regards

Hi Both Davids,

Thanks for clearing up the difference between Beerhouses and Pubs Behindthefrogs.

Same name differnt families but at least we have that cleared up DavidJP about the Parker connection.

Behindthefrogs David could you tell me if you have any information reagrding the Talbot Inn? It was in existance around the turn of the century as my Grandfather was born there. Cnr of Parliament Street Newhall.
The Talbot Inn would have been known to locals but as yet I have been unable to find anything concrete.

Regards

Karen
