hi, yes, trying to get a lead on Bertha Pinder's siblings and their families.  I have some details of Bertha's brother and sisters and their spouses:  Beatrice 1884, Annie 1886-1910, Margaret 1889, Ellen 1893, Madge 1897, bess 1897, henry 1900.  I have their spouses named as George McKimm, Arthur Turner, Stanley Longhurst, Doreen beaven, Clifford Paviour.  But I have also found a reference on Trove that one one the girls had married a 'A Mowbray' but could not determine who that was .  Thought it may be a second marriage.  I am also interested is trying to find the name of the father of Bertha's first child, Harold, born in 1915.

hi again Debbie,

I tried to send you several attachments but I think they were too big.  I did try and send a reply but at first it wouldn't go then after a few minutes it disappeared.  can you let me know if you received it.  my e mail is (*) as it would be easier to exchange information that way.

hi Debbie,

I have a photo of Henry John Cox (at least my father said it was his grand father) who I believe was known as John Cox because his father was henry Cox and I guess using the middle name avoided confusion in the home.  Just checking - the John Cox you asked about married Suzannah Connelly?  I would happily send you a copy.  The children in the photo include my father, Noel, and some of his brothers.  I'd like to swap any information you have and as we are cousins include you and your family in the Cox tree if you are open to that.

hi,

My grandfather was james Joseph Cox.  He married Bertha Lillian Pinder.  james was the brother of Leo Allan Cox.  I have an extensive family tree and would be happy to exchange details especially photos etc.

sorry,

I've just started on this site and had been looking for information on the Cox family from Bowraville.  the site I was scanning then included your family - I assume due to the link to Bowraville.

all the best
