Thanks so much for the information.  I am working on direct descendents at the moment doing my own and husbands family so trying not to get confused.  I am sure I will get to following all the siblings at some point.

That's really interesting to know as my husband whilst a student lived in a flat at the Barrowlands so not too far away from where his relatives were.

Hi I am looking to trace any further information on the family of Janet McIntosh (nee Tolmie).  She is the daughter of Andrew Tolmie (don't have mothers info).  She was born in Petty 4 June 1795 and married William McIntosh on 21 Feb 1818.  The only child I have is my relative Margaret McIntosh who was worn abt 1824 and died 30 Nov 1863.  She married John Smith.

Would anyone be linked or have any further information they could share?

Many Thanks

H

Hi

I have been looking into my husbands family tree. His 3x Gt Grandparents are John Reynolds and Mary Ann Mullen.  I do not have any further back than this so anyone with any further information I would love to hear from you.

Mosstrooper I see that you have added details on the parents of John Reynolds and I would love to find out more if you have other information you could share.  My husband follows John and Mary Anns daughter Elizabeths line.

thanks

H
