thank you all for your investigations. knew Ann was Chirk or Ruabon. so pen-y- clawdd must be right. she married Edward Ellis of ruabon in 1832. thank you.brian

samuel was born april 13 in the parish of chirk-abode halton. to george and elizabeth. george was a miner in black park/halton,found in the tithe records.

looking for a birth or baptism record for george pritchard born 1873/1874 in or around Rhos to Samuel and Sarah Ellis. i have joined clwyd family history but cant find it there at all. if its non conformist would it be somewhere else please?. thank you.brian

i have a birth for Ann Griffiths 31 st oct 1801 bap 2 nov 1801 to Edward and Eleanor. i cant make out the location presumed it was Chirk but says Fachwen???.can you help please.thanks.Brian
