I have inherited a family bible via Mabel Bessie Peskett (William Richard's daughter) and then through the Hancock family (of which I'm part). The bible was given to William Richard and Jane on their marriage on 17th July 1865 in Netherbury Church. It would seem better for you or the Peskett family to have it. Perhaps we could work out a way of getting it to you.
