Hi, PM me if you need a local contact in the above areas for photos, details etc from the local cemeteries and I'll do my best.

Hi Keppel families,
I have a reference to my x4 grandfather John Conolly in which I'm told he married Eliza Collins in March 1817 in England. Eliza was the d/o the then recently deceased Sir John Collins who was himself (so it reads) the illegitimate son of the second Earl of Albemarle. I'm struggling to validate this last connection, did the second Earl really have an illegitimate son as well as the 15 children he had with Anne Lennox? And if so is there some way I can have a degree of certainty that this particular Sir John Collins was one of them?

my first post here, fingers across.
