The Pemberton you are looking called William lived in Dragon Hall farm the census for 1842, it is now called Dragon Farm and is in Chowley, all near Chester, the Boughton is Great Boughton
Elisabeth Pemberton born 1791
Thomas born 1816
Samual born 1821
Ann born 1822
George born 1827
William born 1827
Harry born 1830
In the 1851 census at Dragon House Farm Great Boughton
Elisabeth Pemberton born 1791 farmer born Holdford
Thomas born 1816 born Boughton
Ann born 1822 born Boughton
George born 1827 born Boughton
Elizabeth AGE 26 born Boughton
William born 1827 born Boughton
Henry born 1830 born Boughton
The father was called George but had died before the 1841 census but must have come from a family with some money because George in his will had left all his money to his wife and also his share in tithes in fields in Tattenhall.
My relation was Henry and ended up living in Clotton after 1881see census. There was another sister called Elizabeth who also lived in Clotton
at Clotton Horsefield
Ann Rutter Widow born 1859
Francis Pemberton born 1810 unmarried aunt of independent means
Ann Gresty born 1818 widow aunt of independent means
More interest I only meet that side of the family once and they said the William had spent the money on fast living and women from Chester and when spent up had gone to Australia. But that could have been another story.
Hopes this helps you regards Bill
