Thank you very much for this information and for being so helpful. I cant seem to find any record of death for Wilson Thompson which is starting to make me think he may have gone off to the war or perhaps emigrated. I will keep on looking - perhaps someone from Limavady, who has some personal knowledge of the Thompson family will pick up the thread one of these days. Thank you yes have searched both Scotland and Northern Ireland but as you say perhaps a bit recent for NI. Many thanks for your advice

Thank you very much for getting back so quickly. I am trying to find out when he died and where he died. Trying to find out anything about his life since he was in the North East of Scotland in the 1940s. Did you know of him? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
