Have just got death cert for Luke Tallott.

Luke died 27 Jan 1848 aged 12 weeks. He is listed as son of Thomas Tallott, labourer. The name of the informant is Esther Tallott. I am assuming that this Esther is Esther Douglas, wife of William Tallott (sister-in-law of Thomas).

There were 11 children born to Thomas Tallott & Miriam Whitley.

They are:
1/ Luke Thomas Tallott born 1847, Oxon. I am in the process of getting a certificate for this guy.

2/ Walter William Tallott born 1849, Oxon.

3/ Harriet Ann Tallott born 1852, Oxon.

4/ Dorothy Tallott born1855 () Still looking into this one.

5/ Annie Tallott born 1859, Melbourne, Australia. Have seen record on Victorian BDM. will look again

6/ Louise Tallott born 1861, Melbourne, on the Victorian BDM

7/ Cecilia Tallott born 1861, Melbourne

8/ Edwin Tallott born 1863, Canterbury, New Zealand

9/ Henry Tallott born 1866, Canterbury, New Zealand

10/ Alice Elizabeth Tallott born 1868, Canterbury, New Zealand

11/ Sidney Ernest Tallott born 1872, Christchurch, New Zealand (my grand mother's father.)

I am in the process of obtaing as much sources & other info I can get for the children of Thomas & Miriam.

I am prepared to send a GEDCOM of this family.

I have noticed different variations of the surname Tallott, and for myself, I have just stuck to the spelling of Tallott just for simplicity.
