We aren't allowed to do lookups of the 1911 census (Copyright & legal stuff!), so I think this is Albert from the 1901 census:

Reference RG13, Piece 28877, Folio 60, Page 3
40 Aston Lane, Aston Manor, Warwickshire
Qqqqq
Stokes, Thomas E  Head  M  30  Insurance Agent
Stokes, Selina (could be Lelina?)  Wife  F  31
Stokes, Thomas W  Son  M  7
Stokes, Selina C  Daughter  F  7
Stokes, Albert E  Son  M  4
Stokes, John W  Son  M  6 months                     all born Birmingham

Mabel gets a bit confusing?! ;D

1901 census: RG13, 2448, 37, 6
75 Cricklade Street, Cirencester, Gloucestershire

Stuffins, Henry  Head  M  40  Maltster (Foreman)  b Quorndon, Leicestershire
Stuffins, Sarah A  Wife  F  33  b Neath, Glamorgan
Stuffins, Florence  Daughter  F  14  Mother's Help  b Newark, Notts
Stuffins, George  Son  M  8  b Newark, Notts
Stuffins, Mabel  Daughter  F  5  b Newbury, Berkshire
Stuffins, Mary  Daughter  F  2  b Newbury, Berkshire

But this looks to be her birth registration?
September qtr 1896
Carlisle, Cumberland district    vol 10b, page 513
Stuffins, Mabel May

[Sarah Anne Hopkins was Henry Hopkins second wife and step mother to Florence, George, Mabel and Mary.  Her own children were William, Annie and Mary Margret, known as Mollie.
