Eveline Hammersley, daughter of Titus, was my Great Great Aunt. Titus Hammersley's father, Ralph, was born in 1777 and died in 1845. He was married to Jane Greatbatch. His father was called William, not Ralph. I have much information on the Hammersley family and am happy to provide further details if Claycat36 is still monitoring this thread.
