My family currently owns the house and has since 2012.
I have also heard the Bram Stoker rumor, but the house would have been in Newtownbarry while he was living, not Bunclody. However, it is true that Gilbert O' Sullivan once owned the house. Newtownbarry House is very close and I have heard that Ravenswood would have been the dowager house for that estate.
I'd love to gain any knowledge of the history of the home. If you have any information, or once lived at Ravenswood please get in contact with me!
