It's actually both....
The register of internments only goes back as early as 1948. So any names on that list will likely be Catholic. However, the transcriptions include all legible graves in the graveyard. One half (up to 2/3) of the graveyard is Catholic. The other end is COI. There are two structures in the graveyard. On one end is the Catholic Church, and the other is the Protestant Church.
