Thank-you that is so helpful, I didn't know where to start as I'm new to this and someone told me to register on here. My mother said he was a governor and also that he was knighted, would anyone know how I would go about finding this out as my google search has shown up nothing? I'm interested in untangling the hearsay haha

Looking for information on a Joseph McPherson who was resident in the Leeward Islands and died and was buried in Antigua by a Masonic funeral; a medical doctor and a governor of one or all of the islands? He died approximately 13th December 1929
I can't seem to get any information, can anyone help?
He was born in Killead County Antrim

Hi I am very sketchy about my ancestors but they are buried in ralloo graveyard my grandfather was Matthew Drummond who married twice, I know the lyles were in our family tree for sure, as of the Tate and Lyle connection and the Lyle Halls
