Hi
My mum used to be a cleaner at the home in the late 60's and i went along and played. i remember the rooms with cots in and the large hall with all musical instruments in, outside there was a climbing frame shaped like a ship. i have a photo with some of the children dressed up in fancy costumes and one particular girl called lorna, i can post the photo or e mail it if anyone is interested.
